Pingliang Hengda Machine Make Co., Ltd, located in the east of Gusu  province  China, was established in 1955.Its predecessor is Pingliang Printing Machine factory. In 1967, Machine Industry department invested, extended core enterprise designated for state-specialized-in making paper cutter. In 1998, Machine factory was transformed for stock enterprise and renamed Pingliang Puye Printing Machine Co., Ltd. With further reform and mechanism conversion, it changed completely from state enterprise to stock enterprise at the end of 2005.
